Gojee Is A Gorgeous Recipe Finder For Food Lovers

Gojee recommends recipes based on your cravings, dislikes, and what’s in your pantry – and it does it in the most tantalising way. If you like food porn, you will love Gojee.

You’ll need to sign up with an email address and password to use the recipe site so it can track your favourites and “dislikes”, which you can use to filter out ingredients you may be allergic to or just don’t care for. The pantry option lets you add what you have on hand to include in the results and, very conveniently for some shoppers, even pull recent shopping data from your grocery store loyalty card (currently D’Agostino is supported).

You can also use the dislikes and pantry filters to narrow down recipes for your main ingredient you search for, what you crave. For example, searching for eggs, you could add sugar to your dislikes to exclude many desserts from the results.

Because the hand-picked recipes come from foodie sites around the web, Gojee may not have the most recipe options. It’s also not the most efficient way to find recipes, since you scroll one at a time through the image results rather than down a list with little thumbnails as a on typical recipe site. But for people who enjoy looking at food photography, it may be the most pleasant way to find something new to cook (or just salivate over a dream meal).
