uTorrent 3.0 Adds Instant Media Streaming, Drag-And-Drop File Sharing

The newest version of our favourite BitTorrent client, uTorrent, brings a host of awesome features to file sharing on Windows, including streaming media as you download, a new remote control interface, and drag-and-drop file sharing.

It’s been a long time coming, but the newest version of uTorrent has some killer features that solidify its spot as best torrent client around. Now, if you’re downloading media, uTorrent will download it from beginning to end, letting you stream the music or video as it downloads, so you don’t need to wait until its finished. It also has a really simple drag-and-drop torrent creation tool, which is great if you want to share files with your friends.

Among its big new features, it also adds a revamped remote access interface, so you can monitor your torrents from any other computer or from your Android phone. You can also read ratings and comments for torrents from within the uTorrent window, so you know which torrents have the highest quality and security. And, of course, they’ve also simplified the interface, increased stability, and all-around made it a bit easier to use.

uTorrent 3.0 is a free download for Windows only.
